The area was nice, lots of hotels/businesses, and the outside of this hotel looked nice,.however the room we got had not been cleaned well at all, there was plaster all over the floor in the room, the bathroom, and there was also old pee on the toilet seat and the room smelled stale. Front desk did give us a new room, but not a single word, no "sorry about that" or "we'll get you taken care of". Second room was fine, but customer servie could be more friendly. Also for guests privacy and safety don't announce guests room number to the entire planet, just say "room number is on the card" or point to it. Overall it was a decent place to crash for the night, a "just passing thru" hotel. I would not stay there a long period of time.

Nice place to stay.

Biggest issue was the tvs aren't smart tvs so couldn't stream at all. Rooms could use some updating, but overall a good, clean hotel. Easy to get to and staff was friendly.

Usual hotel, nothing spectacular, nothing awful. The AC in the breakfast room was broken and it was swelteringly hot in threre.

The stay itself was good. The back office activity needs attention. I received 11 reservation confirmation emails. Some of them after I already checked out. Checked my bank account and saw a $61 charge for a stay already paid for. Called and had it reversed. Room was really clean. Breakfast was good. Hot shower when I needed it.

The room itself was nice (4th floor) the toilet barely flushed tho, (embarrassing) and the water pressure was not great. Went to use the hot tub and the jets weren’t working. There is a gas station next door and food right there as well. So location is great. Check in the lady seemed as if she was over it and did NOT want to be there. Asked for a receipt at checkout. And didn’t get that either. So the staff up front is not the best. But for the price. Not bad.

Overall good stay, bed is comfortable and breakfast is good. Strong smell of Indian food in the hallway, old, not clean looking carpet in the room and bathroom faucets do not look clean, shower gel bottle was empty, no tissues. Hotel was ranked 8.6 and I would give it more like 7.6. It was quiet. Windows do not open as in most hotels now days, taking away our choice to breathe fresh air.
