The covered porch lends a covered haven from the possible rainy day, and a great place to sit and enjoy the sunny days. You will have all the comforts of home as you come and go enjoying all the beauty of the area, be it Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter! You will be within a football field length of 4 food and beverage establishments, with one being directly across the street, so no need to worry about dinner if you did not want to. You will be within 1 block of the City Beach and all the beautiful sunsets that occur there. The beach is a spectacular spot to swim, watch the boats, read a book, watch the sunset, stargaze, you name it! We are sure you will be very excited to stay in this beautiful home and setting!

The location is what makes this top notch! The house is cute and updated as well, but its super convenient if you like to walk around town! Its so vlose to eveything.....the lake, marinas, restaurants, bands, shopping! The listing says 2 beds and 1 bath, but there are actually 2 bathrooms with showers so its even better than described! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
