Everything was good. Check in/out was fast and easy. Did gave a welcome bag for everyone. The reason why I’m giving four stars is because of two reasons: one the shower head are weak even if you change the settings and two provided a fridge but would also like a mini microwave

The balcony door was off the track and didn’t close properly, was not told at check-in that the room wouldn’t be cleaned every day. The TV didn’t let us get the local Scripps TV channel to watch the local hockey game. Asked for late checkout and got locked out of the room anyway. Really frustrating when you need to get to the airport.

Booked a King room, was given a double queen on the first floor. I asked if it was possible to be on any other floor than the first… she said there’s nothing. Hotel def didn’t seem at capacity, but okay. Our room smelled moldy. Shower did not drain along with someone’s hair all over the wall in the shower. The AC unit was so loud that I couldn’t even sleep. The bed was stiff, but fine. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would’ve found a different hotel.

Staff was better this time, not rude like before. However, there were roaches in the room, I took video and pictures. I was able to speak with one of the mangers who credited me my $46 in incidentals which I don’t even know why I was charged because I cleaned the room and bagged all the trash. We stay here often and the last two stays have been upsetting. I hate to have to look for a new place to stay since we’ve been staying here since 2011

Room wasnt ready when we gir there .we requested soap,shampoo and towels... mngr rood as we asked about our breakfast included . They said thats what expedia do on there own...this people have no knowledge on 3rd party involvement....we paid $45 for an over price room lookin at a parking lot with dead trees
