Overall, the room served the purpose of a night's stay before an early flight. Beds were reasonably comfortable, but bathroom was dirty, especially behind the door and looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. When showering, it felt like the tub was going to give way every time I moved my feet. I used Expedia cash so my room was very discounted so I can't comment on the regular or value.

We checked into the hotel, asked for and were granted a12:00 check out. At around 11:15 AM, a person named Melissa phoned our room, and screamed at my wife about our rental car needing to be moved for some resurfacing work. My wife mentioned our 12/00 check out, only to be screamed at again by the lovely Melissa. My wife is not used to being screamed at by anyone, particularly by someone who we are giving money to. I got dressed and moved our rental car in the next 10 minutes. During our departure, I stopped by the front desk to inform Melissa that her screaming at people was not appreciated, and to remind her that we had a delayed check out. Also advised her that a simple please would be more effective than yelling at her guests. She immediately began screaming at me, which was not appreciated. She called her manager to come to the lobby. And her manager arrived immediately. Her manager tried to speak to us, but was interrupted by Melissa screaming, for ten solid minutes. Her manager attempted to quiet Melissa, so she could speak to us, but was unable to have a conversation with us about the situation Her manager was visibly upset with Melissa’s behavior. We left the situation, advising Melissa’s manager that Melissa should not be in a job that dealt with the public. In our opinion, this young lady needs some moderate mental health treatment. We, of course would never enter that establishment again, under any circumstances. Good luck to them. Ed Ahearn

Very nice stay overall. The rooms, common areas and pool were all clean. The hot tub was hot and the sauna was nice when pre-heated. The breakfast and even the coffee and eggs were good. Should serve eggs every day. All of the staff except the manager, Jan were friendly and provided good service. I did call 10 days in advance to reserve a crib which is essential when traveling with a 1 year old. I was told it wasn't necessary but upon arrival could not get a crib so had to go buy one which is not the way I prefer to spend my vacation time and money.

Nice room but not worth the high price.

The room was huge, the bathroom tiny. The hot tub and sauna were great, the pool had some soapy substance in it so we didn’t go in. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was typical with waffles and biscuits with gravy. We paid $280/room which was definitely too high for these accommodations, maybe it was a busy weekend in town.

We loved the location. Most staff were friendly. We did not get our room cleaned after three days of asking. We had a broken phone in the room, the safe didn't work. Everyone but the manager was super friendly. It's in a perfect location and well worth the money. The place next door had great food and great staff. Overall, you can't beat it for the price. A few hicups certainly did not ruin a great vacation!!

The hotel is still new so it was beautiful and clean. However because it's new and some construction still going, there were some issues like no hot water, smoke alarm at 5am and the pool under reno which wasn't stated to us before. The location is fantastic. We had a good stay though considering. I'd stay there again.

Room was dirty on floor, stained carpets in halls. Train noise often. Parking lot and street noise also an issue. Stayed one night and then checked out to go elsewhere. Pictures made it look nicer than it is in reality.

Broken ice machine 2nd floor. No heat in whirlpool. Good breakfast and cookies in evening.
