During my stay, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The staff member was on the phone the entire time and paid little to no attention to me. She did not address my concern nor make any effort to help. Despite being at the front desk, I had to book my room myself through Hotels.com, which felt frustrating and unnecessary. I want to be clear that I am not writing this to speak badly of the hotel, but rather to provide constructive feedback. With more attentiveness and customer focus, the staff member can improve greatly in her role.

The motel was okay. Check in was smooth. Room was small and bathroom counter was small. Breakfast had very little to offer, no hot food other than waffles. Don’t think we will stay here again for what we paid.
