We were on a road trip and hadn’t planned to stop. Fatigue took over and we decided to look for a safe and affordable place to get some sleep. I found and booked our room about an hour before we arrived. We were not familiar with Microtel and had no idea what to expect for the price. We were pleasantly surprised! The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and informative. Our room was conveniently located and comfortable. We got up early and left before breakfast so I can’t rate it. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed was very comfy, loved being out of the mess in Jackson. Staff super friendly. Had breakfast in the restaurant, the oatmeal, with its toppings fire !

Overall it's a good hotel. Front desk staff was helpful. Room was fine but there were numerous stains on the window seat cushion. Room had a mini fridge. Bath only came with a teeny tiny shampoo not enough for two people, and mismatched conditioner and lotion. Towels were the 150 grit variety. There were a few odd maintenance things like towels under exterior doors (flooding?) and open windows in the lobby (AC not working?) Breakfast area is one of the smallest I've seen and while I love DIY waffles this is the first one I've experienced the waffle mix not being mixed so it came out half water. Eggs were cold hard boiled. Typical whole fruit, bagels and a few other options, yogurt. No chafing dishes with hot foods. Overall a weak breakfast. Didn't try the pool & hot tub but oddly the breakfast nook overlooks it and it did look clean albeit small.

Staff was extremely friendly. The area was quiet and conveniently right off the freeway with nearby dining options. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bozeman.

Unfortunately we had reserved a room with a walk in shower for my elderly mother. When we arrived we were told that that room was taken and that we were getting a room with a shower chair and tub. Staff advised that Expedia could not filter between the rooms. Not sure who is actually at fault, but not happy. This issue can deny people who are disabled and cannot lift their legs over the side of the tub the ability to take a shower. Not acceptable.

The gentleman who checked us in both nights was very polite and helpful. He showed extreme patience with an older grouchy person right before us, always keeping things positive. That is why we chose to spend a second night.
