Beautiful hotel. The rooms are the nicest I have seen in any hotel. But the room I was staying in smelled musty and like a wet dog which cleaning staff tried cover up with large quantities of air freshener spray which left the room with a nostril stinging level of perfume which did not help the dog kennel odor. I was not able to change to a better room. The staff kept claiming the hotel was full. I checked out early instead, but suffered for two nights.
The hotel also had trouble with their heating systems. Some of the rooms had heaters pushing out cold air no matter what the thermostat was set to or how long you wait. All the rooms I saw were cold because the air conditioning was left on. The front desk said the cleaning staff like to do that for some reason.
I also had some cash and flash drives stolen from the room when I went out. The flash drives contained valuable data.
The microwave oven was also broken.
