I came down too late for breakfast and the lady fixed me a wonderful plate anyway, graciously so! I am disabled and the staff, a young man very much on top of the events carried my luggage for me, again, graciously so! I may stay there again soon.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However when we walked up the stairs the carpets were dirty and dingy. The room was cleaned but there was a slight smell almost like someone used to smoke in there. The restroom was cleaned however there was no where to put toiletries and the shower was peeling where the seams were. Heating/ AC unit worked very well. We were on the second floor so we unfortunately heard a lot of noise from people walking above us.

I will say that the front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean. But the bathroom...the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed on either end, and the bar looked like it was about to.come out of the wall. The tub wouldn't hold water. The sink wouldn't drain. The toilet wouldn't quit running without much jiggling of the handle. And when I slept with the AC on the first night, i woke up sneezing and coughing and with a runny nose and itchy eyes, a condition that lasted much of the day and was only remedied by getting outside in the fresh air. For the rest of my trip, i slept with the window open, and i didn’t have any more issues. I surmise the AC was either moldy or very dirty. And, I would add, there's no way I'd have opened the window if I wasn't on the 3rd floor because the area is Sketch City. Also, there's no elevator, only stairs, and breakfast was mediocre at best. I know Bozeman hotel rooms are ridiculously expensive, but even at a "Bozeman bargain" price, this hotel was way overpriced.

The room was clean and fine. The beds were average, but the sheets and blankets were not good, the blanket was paper thin. They didn’t have any extra blankets or pillows. Over all the hotel was below average. The room we had, had a third bed in a somewhat extra room with no door. And I could hear anyone who was talking on the stairs which was on the other side of the wall.

Some things in the room were not fully functional. TV remote missing battery cover and had difficulty working TV. Buttons not responsive. Toilet paper holder just set in wall. Not affixed so it tilted out of wall when retrieving toilet paper.

Our online check in was a breeze and to upgrade to another bed was only $5 more which was awesome as the room didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I was happy to know that a wonderful breakfast was included!! The room was clean and it had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker! The outside area was nice and there wasn’t any issues that made us feel unsafe. The location was perfect as we were super close to restaurants and shopping. We had a quiet and cozy stay. We definitely found our hotel of choice for future visits to Bozeman MT
