Most gulf-front condos in Bradenton Beach require stairs or crossing parking areas to reach the beach. Beach House Resort #3 is ground-level with a screened lanai door that opens directly onto the sand. You're not steps from the beach — you're on it.
Open the door and you're there in seconds.
This is the daily routine: coffee on the screened lanai while dolphins swim past. Afternoon reading while the Gulf breeze comes through the screens. Evening meals while the sun drops into the water. The screen keeps bugs out while the Gulf stays in front of you. Multiple guests have made this their annual tradition — some for 15 consecutive years. They come back because waking up and being on the beach in 30 seconds is exactly what they want from an Anna Maria Island vacation.
The bedroom has a queen bed with coastal blue walls, plantation shutters, and a flat-screen TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa and Gulf-facing windows. The kitchen has granite countertops, full-size appliances, and is stocked with everything needed for meals at home. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with granite countertops. Beach towels, a beach chair, and an umbrella are provided.
The eight-unit complex has a heated pool, outdoor grills, and coin-operated laundry. Bridge Street — The Feast, Bridge Street Bistro, and Bridge House Restaurant — is a 5-minute walk. The Historic Bridge Street Pier is a 5-minute walk north.
One small pet under 25 lbs is welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee. Please note: dogs are not permitted on Anna Maria Island beaches at any time — your pet can enjoy the condo and non-beach areas of the island.
Minimum stay: 7 nights during winter months and June/July. During slower periods, 3-night stays are available — contact IVP to confirm current availability. One parking space per unit strictly enforced.
