A great February getaway
The updated unit at Pelican Cove was a pleasant surprise. Everything was new and clean and perfect. The heated pool and hot tub are perfectly maintained and were used by our grandchildren every day.
The access to the beach would normally be quite perfect, but there was some construction happening right across from the location which made it a bit more challenging. But once you get there you can walk for a long ways along the gulf.

Fun Time
Loved the location and the unit itself. Very clean ,bright and sunny. Just didn't like having to go to Holmes beach to pick up the key added about an hour to our check in due to traffic.

I didnt like having to go to the rental office to pick up and drop off the keys to the property.
It is exactly as the pictures show. A bit dated, but had everything we needed. Didn't realize it was spring break, traffic was crazy. I'm happy we could walk to numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
They were also replenishing the beach area right by the condo.
