Light and bright second floor 2 BR/2 BA condo with great pond view and upgraded kitchen and baths. New refrigerator March 2024. Master bedroom has king bed, and guest bedroom has twin beds and a new queen size sleeper sofa. TV's in living room and bedrooms. Ceramic tile in kitchen, with carpet in dining, living room and bedrooms. New HVAC system installed 9/17/24.
Unit provides 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler beach toys and a toaster oven.
PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved
Amenities will not be available until further notice
Tennis/Pickleball and Shuffleboard courts are now open
