Great house so close to beach!

This house was perfect for a group of friends with little ones. The backyard pool setup was a huge hit with the kids and the house was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Half block to amazing beach, loved the pool, slide hot tub, ping pong table and putting!

Great location just 1/2 block to Bradenton Beach. We rented golf carts and were about 5-7 minute golf cart drive from bridge street and 15 minutes from Pine Ave. Highly recommend this house.

Marvelous Family Retreat

Absolutely met expectations! We had our six grandkids and their parents here and the home provided all the space and comfort that we could hope for. Proximity to the beach is excellent and the pool with its water slide was a huge hit with all the kids. We hope to return for another “reunion”!

We loved the home and had a great time. The pool was a lot of fun and we were thankful to have it. Proximity to the gulf was another great plus. We all enjoyed walking to the beach each night to watch the sunsets. Hope to return again sometime, would not hesitate to rent the same property.

Over all, the house was wonderful. Eric did a great job on communication and preparing the house for our stay. Home was beautiful and loved the layout. Pool, slide, hot tub and outside entertaining was fantastic. Only issues we had, were low water pressure in showers, ran out of hot water easily and a handful of cabinets were off their tracks. Located close to the beach access.

Amazing house!

To start the house is beautiful with beautiful views. We had the best time spent majority of it in the pool! The kids couldn’t get enough of it! The house was very clean and is so accommodating! The location is perfect with a quick walk or even faster golf cart ride to the beach. Has all you need for a beach day and a pool day. We loved it so much! We used every part of the house with our big group. The backyard feels like your own private oasis. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a blast!

Three generations of family members gathered to make memories at this wonderful property. The house exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The pool was nicely heated. The pool slide was so fun. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Grocery shopping was just minutes away. Restaurants were good too. The people we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we had a great vacation! The only caution would be to be ready to climb stairs.

Location, location, location!

This property is in a fantastic location, just one block from the beach. Sunset views were amazing. The kids loved the pool, the amazing water slide and hot tub/waterfall. The house was spacious and comfortable. The only drawbacks were the lack of a bathtub in any of the many bathrooms (bit challenging with toddlers) and the kitchen could have been better equipped for the nights we decided to cook in. There were also no teaspoons! Overall, a great property - highly recommend!

Nice property but you literally have to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent etc. We were told by the management that for a weeks stay you only get one of each for the property. Also lacking in kitchen utensils. Either way for almost &10,000 a week guests should expect a little more.

Good but not great for the money

The property location is great and the beach across the street couldn’t be better. As other reviewers have stated the beds do take their toll on you after a week stay and the mattresses need to be replaced. The kitchen and main living space become an issue carrying water or anything up the 3 flights of stairs over a stay. The water slide and pool are nice but the pool should be bigger for a 7 bedroom house as the pictures make the pool seem bigger than reality. Overall the property is nice but does present a few challenges for those traveling with aging parents or family members.

This was a nice house with ample space for our group of 11 adults. We would recommend that your cleaning crew mop the floors rather than just dust them....we walked for a few minutes with barefeet and the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt! Also, some of the bathroom wastebaskets were not emptied before our arrival. The patio furniture cushions were very soiled. We called maintenance about the spa jets not working. The pool company said they needed to order some parts, but unfortunately they problem was not resolved before our departure. Also, the maintenance worker came regarding our refrigerator needing a new filter. He wrote down the model number, but never returned with a filter. Overall, though, we had an enjoyable trip.

Pretty great

We stayed here with 3 families, 8 kids ranging from 8-3 years old. Pool was great, a little small and shaded by vegetation/palm trees but kids LOVED slide and proximity to beach was amazing 2 min walk. There was a little parking lot right at the beach access where we could have parked a golf cart but the walk was so short it would have been a waste. We have stayed at other vacation rental homes with beach toys and there were none here, so we bought some and left them, hope they stay with the home! Also wish there were spices/foil/baggies left, I get its gross to use someone else's left overs but it's also gross to buy a whole thing of salt/pepper for 7 days. Beds were comfy. Salt, restaurant about 4 blocks away was amazing but not for kids! Adults took turns going in shifts :) We took trolley (which has a stop right by the home) and monkey bus to north AMI for dinner at Sandbar and south to Beach House, both of which were great but had long waits during March so get there early especially to sit on beach. Sand, sea shells and sunsets on this beach were second to none. We love AMI and this house was a good one. Thanks for the memories.

Not what we expected

We expected more from this property, especially for the price. Ice maker was broken, can opener was broken, scratched dishes, needs a new dish washer, no lids for pans or skillets, no salt or pepper (really). The worse part were the beds - horrible mattress & box springs and cheapest bed linens I have ever seen. The fitted sheets would not stay on the bed when you slept. You could not sit or lay on the bed without making loud noise from the box springs. Everyone old and young left with sore backs, necks and just plain tired. No one was able to get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend this property to another vacation renter. I realize the property is for sale and the owner probably doesn't want to put any money in it - but for the money we paid we all expected more.
