We enjoyed our short stay at this home. The host was great to work with—very responsive and gracious enough to allow us an early check-in, which we really appreciated.It’s an older home that has been very nicely remodeled and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel updated and comfortable throughout. They made great use of the space. The showers were excellent, with great showerheads and strong water pressure, and the leather furniture in the living room was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and we loved having large TVs in all the rooms—it made relaxing at the end of the day even better.The home is located in a more modest neighborhood with a mix of home conditions, but we did feel safe walking our dogs during our stay. The outdoor area was nice, especially being fully fenced in, which was a huge bonus for our pups. While there isn’t any sort of grassy area, the space was still functional and enjoyable, although we did notice some biting ants.If we had to offer any suggestions, it would be to add more cookware and kitchenware, as there is definitely plenty of cupboard space to accommodate it.Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the updates, comfort, and responsiveness of the host.

Angelica was a great host! The house was perfectly described and looked exactly as pictured! Plenty of space for 8 adults. The outdoor space and indoor space was very clean and beautiful decorated! We would recommend staying to anyone visiting in this area!

This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had. The property is outstanding and the photos don’t do it justice. We traveled 3 adults and 1 child and had more than enough space. The host has thought of everything you may need for your stay and communication is great. We found the location to be very safe and perfect for our stay of the Bradenton/Sarasota area. From the inside to the beautifully designed outside we were very much comfortable and felt at home the entire duration of this trip. Would 100% love to stay here again if I came back to the area. Recommend highly for anyone’s next trip.

I stayed here on a work trip with two coworkers and it was the perfect option instead of being in a boring hotel. The house was clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The private patio was super great for outdoor eating.
