- Pool settings are all scheduled, it is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. (please do not meddle with pool equipment, failure to comply will result in fines of at least $1000, and or the cost of repair)
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Amazing Stay/Perfect for Families!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Florida! The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we appreciated how spacious and well maintained everything was. The location was great beaches were just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the best of Florida. The host was wonderful, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Great house!

We stayed for a long weekend for a soccer tournament at IMG. We were a group of four parents and four children. The house was spacious and clean and a perfect set up for our four separate families. Pool was great.

Perfect Location and Property

We had a 4 night stay at this property with 4 teenage boys and 4 parents. This property was perfect for our group. Great location (nice safe neighborhood), very clean and everything seemed like it had been recently renovated. Plenty of utensils and things to make this a home away from home. Pool is fantastic and the yard was HUGE. Owner is very responsive and does all the little things to make your stay enjoyable (thanks of the gatorades for the boys, they drank them during their games). We will be back for next years Academy Championships!
