This two bedroom two bath villa overlooks the 14th hole of the beautiful golf course. A split plan design gives both bedrooms private space. The spacious master bedroom offers a walk-in closet and shower. The amenities include golf, tennis, fitness center and dining. Located West of I-75 and approximately 3.5 miles to University Town Center. Minutes away from delicious restaurants and approximately 8 miles to downtown Sarasota.
University Park offers four different Trial Memberships over three different time periods that enable you to enjoy it all! After booking a property this information will be made available to you for purchase. If you are interested in the trial memberships this must be set up through University Park.
