Better than a rental!

This was more like staying in your own fully furnished custom FL home. 3 fridges, coffee makers, blender, everything you could possibly need, down the lime press for fresh margs. Spent hours playing ping pong, swimming, grilling and walking the neighborhood. Location is great- so close to all the stores and an easy route straight over to AMI. The owners have the rental equipped with literally everything, including beach chairs and coolers for trips to the beach and everything is in excellent condition as if you bought it yourself. Cannot say again how nice this property is. Don’t listen to any of the reviews that are not 5-stars, it’s truly incredible.

This Property Exceeded Our Expectations

My wife and I, were joined by one of my daughters and her husband, as well as an older granddaughter of mine, stayed at this property. We traveled from MN and ND to visit my other daughter and her family who live in Ruskin, FL, to attend one of my granddaughters high school graduation. With permission from the host, we used this home as our main gathering site, and all of my grandchildren, ,my oldest daughter, and her husband joined us all during two days, leaving at night to stay in their own home. The size of the pool stole the show, my grandkids said it was bigger than the community pool in their Ruskin neighborhood. Between the pool during the day, and connected hot tub during the evening, we all enjoyed the fun and refresh it provided. A few rounds of billiards at the inside pool table allowed more fun and friendly family competition. I stay at VRBO's often, and even though I have enjoyed every adventure away from home, there generally are a handful of things that tend to diminish the experience (smells, bugs, mold, outdated, etc.). Trust me, this property had NONE of those things, in fact, it exceeded our expectations in every possible way. My grandson will graduate in two years, and I will be making a return trip to Florida, you can be certain I will rebook this home if its available. The location to Anna Maria Island, allowed us to take small, short trips from the home and enjoy the beaches, dolphins, sunshine, and ice cream. You will not find a better stay than here!

2 families - Spring Break

This property was a perfect choice for our 2 families to stay for Spring Break. Located in a nice, quiet, well maintained neighborhood, close to downtown and the Island (beaches). The home was very clean and provided all the essentials to get your vacation started. We appreciated all the beach gear from chairs to toys to coolers/bags. All the linens were clean and we had plenty of towels and blankets. Having 2 master suites made it the perfect house for 2 families to share with plenty of space to spread out. The master beds were not luxurious but they were comfortable. The queen bed and bunkbed room were a little more low end. They worked great for our smaller kids but might be pretty uncomfortable for teens/young adults/adults. Now to the best part, the pool and hot tub!! The pool is big and when we weren’t at the beach, we were swimming! The hot tub was wonderful and it was hot! We did have an issue with the pool heat but Vachira was quick to take care of the problem and we had pool heat the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and I would highly recommend it.

Great week with our Family!!

House worked out perfect for our family getaway. It was exactly as listed. It was very clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy the kitchen, pool, and the beach. We also utilized the wood pellet grill which was a nice feature of the house. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had nice towels. We would stay at this property again and recommend to anyone interested in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice warm pool and jacuzzi to not hesitate to stay here.

Little things count

This is a nice property to rent. The cleanliness at check in was nice to see and smell. It was as described in regard to the common rooms, bedrooms and amenities provided. Some issues with the house. The couches and beds are all way past their prime. We had 8 individuals in total with 5 of them being adults and the consensus was that the beds are not comfortable at all and it was like sleeping in an old school water bed. Some other issues were that the ice cube maker was removed from the fridge so you had to go out and buy ice throughout the stay. There was also a big rip in the screen door. They charge you $30 a day for the pool heater. The issue is they don't turn it on until you arrive so the pool wasn't really warm enough for an adult swim. It is just a heat pump that only runs half of the day and shut off at night so it has no chance of catching up. If you are charging $30 a day it should be run all day. Only the kids went in because well they are kids, right!! In closing would I rent here again???? Probably...ummm maybe. Clean up some of the minor things and couches/beds and it is certainly a nice house.

good location, many amenities, host was polite and communicated well. I'm not a fan of the electric grill, as they don't get hot enough to sear, but it did work. Pool and spa were very nice as was having four beach chairs, a beach wagon, and some beach toys. The pool table and ping pong table were great. The weights and weight bench in the garage were a bonus. I would recommend.

Great house for families!

This house was awesome! Fully stocked with every amenity including beach equipments and towels. All linens and towels provided as well! Awesome pool and hot tub! Loved the pool table and spacious sleeping arrangements. Close to lots of things. Only minor complaint would be the bed in the second master bedroom could use a solid board for a frame instead of slats. The slats underneath made the bed slightly uncomfortable. The owner was quick to respond and super helpful. We had no issues or complaints!

Amazing get away!

Beautiful home with fabulous heated pool and spa. So many amenities- kids loved the pool and pool toys as well as the game table. Pool table and ping pong table were fun for all. Home was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed - very generous with kitchen condiments, coffee, appliances - bedrooms well appointed and two king master suites so beautiful and spacious- large tvs throughout- open floor plan - plentiful beach items too that we appreciated the day we went to the beach

Outstanding!!

Our family group of 7 adults stayed almost 3 weeks in this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet, the home large and comfortable. The pool and lanai area were fabulous! We had our morning coffee outside and our dinners as well. The extra refrigerator on the lanai is a bonus. The home is equipped with bed linens (and extra blankets), pool towels & toys, beach chairs (and coolers!). Though not strictly needed, there were 2 items we looked for and didn't find in the well equipped kitchen. When I inquired with Varicha about them, she ordered them via Amazon and they were at the house the next day! Varicha went over and above to make sure our stay was comfortable - very responsive whenever we contacted her. The area is close to Anna Maria Island (we did bike there) as well as several nature preserves (where we rode bikes, walked trails, kayaked, and even a beach on the river near DeSoto Memorial Park. We found fabulous Pickleball Courts at GT Bray Park (covered), went to a Pittsburg/Phillies game in Bradenton and more. We HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone.
