Absolutely beautiful home! Brian, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Located in a great area, home is on a fairway at the River Club. Brian was a great host and was very help with check-in. He provide some good recommendation to some local establishments as well. House was clean and spacious and very close to our soccer tournament. I would rent from him again in a heart beat!Great entertainment watching people try to play golf on the course between our soccer matches!!

Beautiful House

The location is convenient, and the house is very welcoming and spacious. The patio that oversees the golf course is joyful to have a morning coffee. Every room in the house has beautiful interior decorations. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic property

Gorgeous home with comfortable beds, awesome showers in a quiet neighborhood. The house is close to shopping and restaurants with easy access to the highway and beach. Great communication with property owner too.

Brian and Marilee are the best

It's a gorgeous home. Well appointed and personal without feeling like your surrounded by 'other people's' stuff. Brian and Marilee run it in a very relaxed way which was very appreciated as we were visiting a sick relative nearby. As I told them, I wished there was time and world enough to get a drink and get to know them better.

Perfect for a family gathering!

We were extremely pleased with this home. Nicely appointed, open, and has plenty of space to have a family gathering. Our daughter lives in the area and we will certainly be back for another stay. Brian was extremely accessible with our questions. We couldn't have been happier!

The pictures don't do this gorgeous golf course property justice. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, and great flow to house. It was perfect for our small birthday celebration.

Excellent property

Wonderful home in a very nice area. Lots of room to gather with family and spread out. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened in patio overlooking the golf course. So relaxing to see the squirrels, bunnies, and even deer play on the green before the day got started. We highly recommend and will definitely book again if our travels take us back to the area.

This is a wonderful rental! The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and a relaxing location. Shopping from groceries to mall within a reasonable distance. Brian furnished us an excellent list of recommended restaurants in the area. The O’Donnells were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions.

A pleasant stay in Lakewood Ranch

A large comfortable home located on the 9th fairway of River Club golf course. Quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets, great for taking long walks. Well located with LWR amenities easily accessed, many available golf courses, great shopping and restaurants with Main Street and the UTC mall a short drive. Being close to I75 makes trips up and down the coast easy. The beaches were a bit further away, but generally a reasonably quick drive. Brian and Marilee were great to work with and a wealth of information on what to do and where. We explored most of their recommendations and were not disappointed. We ran into a few issues during our stay but Brian and Marilee were aggressive in correcting any problems. They demonstrated a true caring for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We recommend others to stay here.
