Was given the wrong code had to call up took half hour to get through then told to pay deposit of witch was payed at twelve in the morning then told to send proof I had payed the state of the property I had to Visio on entry because of all the damage damp the first night we stopped there the hallways were vandalised with black paint the thirs day was questioned by police to see if we had witnessed anything on top of all that called for my deposit return only when I threatened to go through hotels .com did they reply three weeks before deposit was returned a no no in my opinion
