We was a little dissapointed as the room wasnt as lavish as it looked on the website which is the only reason i had spent that amount, so it wasnt worth the money. Next time ill be going back to the premire inn. But on a positive note all the staff were very nice, polite and approachable.

Very enjoyable and friendly experience.
The whole hotel felt old and in need of renovation. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The double bed was really good and comfortable the pillows and sheets were really nice and clean the bathroom was very clean the service was excellent, friendly, kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel over any of the big chain hotels like premier inn.

Hotel itself was great value, good sized clean rooms, really comfortable bed. Really pleasant communal areas. Check in was a long process, particularly after a long day travelling. Really unhappy by an unadvertised £50 pre authorisation charge (apparently refundable 5 days after check in) levied on check in. It’s not clear what this money was pre authorised for.
