Please note that public transportation options are extremely limited in the Braemar Bay area, so having your own vehicle is essential for your stay. The nearest major regional airport is located in Cooma, which is approximately a one hour and fifteen minute drive from the tiny house. We suggest planning your route in advance to ensure a smooth journey to your mountain retreat.

To ensure a comfortable stay at The Frosty Trout, please note that check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. We kindly request that guests maintain a smoke-free environment inside the tiny house. As we are located in a natural lakeside setting, pets are unfortunately not permitted.
