Make sure you eat before coming to the hotel because you wont be able to eat at the pool because the Cafe closes right at dinner time and they dont allow you to bring food into the pool area. Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Arrowwood lodge accross the street is cheaper and better service

The room was decent. We had a birthday party pmaneed at the waterpark and they closed the park down from 3 until 4 for cleaning which was right when we had people planned to come to my daughters party. The lady who told us to leave was the most unprofessional and horrible lady ive ever met . She was incredibly rude. The waterpak is run dowm none of the fountains work amd the bar and food in the waterpark was only open from 4pm u til 7pm . We used to love this hotal and waterparkand would come here ebery year . but the waterpark staff was horrible amd it was very expensive i will never come back

I was supposed to have a room with 4 bunk beds and a queen. That is exactly what I booked for online. When we got to the room, there was only 2 bunk beds and one queen. I went to the front desk and asked why and what happened and they said that because I booked through Expedia the room size isn’t guaranteed but I literally selected the room 4 bunk beds and a queen. It was very frustrating and inconvenient and they said that there wasn’t anything they could do.

Large enough rooms to have gatherings for the whole family. Clean rooms and quiet after 10pm. Breakfast isn’t anything special but does the trick.
