The staff support was lacking and she could have been more knowledgeable. She didn't tell me what the price of the room was when I checked in.The room felt neglected. Also, the room smelled of smoke when we walked in. The beds had hair and dirt on them. I will definitely not be coming back.

The curtains are too long so they cover up the heater/ac unit Found plastic silverware on the carpet The bathroom sink needs declogged Filled up with water (probably a lot of hair in the drain) Shower head (white) was black . Found hair in the tub Towels looked like they were half folded and thrown up on the towel rack It was loud , people running up and down the hallway Breakfast was mediocre at best The only thing was the price cheaper but you get what you pay for Would I stay there again probably not

Rooma were not vacuumed or mopped and there was hair all over the bathrooms. We were offered three separate rooms and all were very poorly cleaned. All had hair all over in the bathrooms. Microwaves were dirty. Sheets had a large dark circle (hopefully just a stain) in the third room. We brought our own bedding to cover the bed with so I didn't see this until the morning.

The shower head in the bathroom did not fit right and water was praying all over the ceiling and down the wall and all over the bathroom floor. It appeared the hotel was aware and tried to fix it with plumber's tape but failed. It created quite a mess.
