The large yard is ideal for lawn games, picnics, and evenings around the firepit, while the private dock offers easy access to Sugar Creek—one of the best fishing spots on the lake. Guests can use the provided rowboat, canoe, or paddle boat to explore the calm waters or paddle out to the sandbar just offshore for a refreshing swim.
Inside, the home features a bright, open living area with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a beautiful fieldstone fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal prep, and the sunroom—with six sliding glass doors—invites you to enjoy the lake views from morning to night.
The main-level primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, plus access to a private deck with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Two additional queen bedrooms are also located on the first floor, and the spacious upstairs loft offers extra sleeping space and a covered balcony overlooking the lake.
Located just minutes from Keuka Lake State Park and the village of Penn Yan, Heron Way is close to local wineries, farm-to-table dining, and charming lakeside shops. Note: The docks water depth can vary from 1.5 to 3 feet. The bottom is soft and boats with shallow drafts and trim dock easily. Cattails line the shore and Lilly pads make this one of Keuka's best fishing spots. Excellent swimming is available 300' off shore, the "sand bar". A rowboat, a canoe and purple paddle boat are provided for easy access. Swimming off the dock is poor.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
