Tried to cancel reservation on app before cut off time and there was some error and I couldn’t process cancellation so I restarted my phone but then the app wouldn’t open so finally after talking to support they were going to give a refund but said it was up to the motel 6 to process it and they declined to do so stating that they were following Expedia policy so you guys just get to steal almost $300 from me, what a garbage system this is

Staff at front desk was great. Halls dirty and smelly. Room clean but strong smell of marijuana. Shower hardly had enough pressure to rinse shampoo from hair. Door didn't lock properly. Had to walk past smokers every time we left the hotel.

we reserved early and got room 101 with adjorning room which they were very loud . the hallway door get being opening and shutting with a big bangs.... Also we could hear the staff talking very loud not whispering.we went on expedia booking that was a mistake. cause we got the worst room.

There must be NO insulation at all between the ceiling and floors of the rooms above. We heard people walking ALL NIGHT LONG. Seriously, at 1, 2, even 4sm. TERRIBLE floor insulation. Do NOT STAY HERE if you actually want to sleep!!
