Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at 3 Bears. The condo was well laid out, comfortable and all the appliances worked. The beds were very comfortable. Security was good and the area was quiet. However we have one very significant complaint. The TV in the living area was next to useless. It is apparently set up only for streaming. The station choices were awful. Some shows ran for about 15 minutes than said you had to download an app to see the rest of the show, which a renter can not do. I was looking forward to relaxing and watching some sports and they were practically non existent. The ironic thing is the TV in the back room had a great cable lineup with all the shows my wife's likes to watch. We ended up moving one of the chairs from the living area to the bedroom so she could watch her shows. There is no reason for this and it needs to be corrected so the same cable lineup that is in the back room is also available in the living room. Such a change should be easy and fairly inexpensive to do. At a minimum the listing for the condo should make it clear that one TV does not have a good cable TV hookup. We would consider staying here again but only if the TV situation is fixed. On the positive side the internet connection was outstanding.
