PROSThe unit was clean. Nothing made us turn around or contact management upon arrival.The unit was decorated nicely.Property managers were nice.CONSKitchen:The kitchen is not kitchen-friendly. The eating spoons are the size of serving spoons, and there’s only one set of bulky ceramic dishes with glass cups—not kid-friendly. There are very few useful cooking items (utensils, pots, pans), which forced us to eat out more than planned.There are also loose tiles with no grout, creating a tripping hazard. Coffee was provided, but there were no filters or supplies to make our own.Climate / Bedrooms:The heat struggled to keep up—after 40 minutes it only increased about 4 degrees, even on the third floor. Bedrooms had no airflow—no ceiling fans or portable fans—which made sleeping uncomfortable.Beds:Beds were firm with very thin blankets. The king beds are also unusually high off the ground.Internet:The internet was terrible. After resetting everything, speeds were around 2.7 Mbps. The TV buffered constantly, and remote work or streaming wasn’t realistic. We had to rely on mobile hotspots.Overall:We enjoy Pointe Royale and Branson overall, but this unit fell short. With better kitchen supplies, safer flooring, improved internet, and basic airflow, it could be much better. As it stands, we would not stay here again. We took pictures to validate these findings.
