Brookwood Inn is a perfect place to stay. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and professional. And I love that breakfast is until 10am. Something that puts this place over the top is the nightly dessert bar from 9-11pm.

Stayed for 4 days. Same food for each day. Stairs to get to food was hard for a number of the guests. Clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet room. Enjoyed the treats after the shows. Coffee qas goid plus breakfast juices in the morning. Very, very good place to stay at a reasonable price.

We love going to this hotel when we stay at Branson. It is off the strip so it’s quiet but yet easy to get to. parking is always easy and close to the room. Breakfast is always the same. Wish it had a little bit more variety. Love the snack bar at night but it starts at 9pm for kids that’s kind of late, but they enjoy going. I was disappointed this stay because while walking into the dining area, we opened the door to walk in, and my child stepped in dog poop which is questioning the cleanliness of other places if this was by the dining area. The lady came and picked it up, but you could clearly see the dog pooped and peed all over the carpet. At check out had to ring the front desk bell 4 times before someone came to take my keys.

No greeting and she talked on her phone while trying to check me in and argued with me when I told her she was looking at the wrong reservation despite me providing the confirmation number. Terrible first impressio. impression. The other staff I ran into were good.

Very nice clean and quiet older hotel. Although it’s an older hotel, it’s kept up nicely. The hot breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, country style potatoes and biscuits and gravy. There were also other options such as a waffle maker, dry cereals and instant oatmeal. They also offered muffins and other food. The room was clean and housekeeping came by even without requesting. Staff was very friendly. We will stay here again.

The lady that checked us in was very pleasant. Our room was clean and ready upon our arrival .Having fresh baked cookies, cobbler and ice cream in the evening from 9-11 was a very nice treat to come back to in the evenings. The breakfast had a good verity of choices including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy,waffles, cereal ,muffins, fruit in a cup, yogurt ,andfried potatoes. Our only complaint was the fan in our bathroom had a constant noise. ( probably just needed something tightened. I made the clerk that checked us out aware. So I am sure will be fixed.
