Summary:

Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!



The Space:

There are only two little stairs up to the porch to get inside this unit. Then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:

The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!



The Neighborhood:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!



One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We were in town for Favored Women at the Mansion Theatre and this place was just what our group needed! It was clean, very nice and the beds were so comfy. We will be back next year! Great communication throughout the stay!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation here! The house was clean and inviting and all six of us felt very comfortable in the space. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and that there was enough room at the table for all of us to eat together. The hosts were very kind and always available when we had a question about something. Also, this house is in close proximity to all the wonderful things Branson has to offer, so we didn't have to drive far to do any activities. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s tucked away on the corner, secluded and far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel almost rural, but town is barely a mile away. We had 6 in our party and there was plenty of room, we could all separate and have quiet time. The clubhouse, pool, and sauna were amazing. I don’t think there was a speck of dust in the entire floor plan. It looked like we were the first occupants to ever stay there. I’m saving this location, and this will be our forever go to for where to stay in Branson. AWESOME experience.

Everything was there that we needed! Host was very nice and super easy to get ahold of if needed. Bottom floor and could pull right up, are you kidding me! Perfect! And it is on the end so you are as private as a complex can be! I will be renting from him again! 3 bedrooms. One had two twin beds. One had two queen beds (with a bathroom attached). And last master with a comfy bed and bath to fit 50 people! Seriously very spacious stay for us 6 very big, tall people!
