The condo was wonderful overall. Had a few things that need some attention for maintenance side of things. We loved the convenience of location and the home like feeling. Very clean on arrival and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great for our family breakfast each morning.

You can definitely tell this place had been used. The left sofa recliner was broke. The ice machine barely put out enough ice a day to fill a cup. Other than that, the space was very spacious, but the outside was to be desired. We couldn’t even use the stairs going to our condo due to construction. I did have to call about the TV in the bedroom because it wasn’t working but they did come in and fix that.

The dining chairs need to be re-cushioned/upholstered. You can feel the frame of the seat when you’re sitting. The reclining couch is WORN OUT!! It reclines but you don’t sit level or have your feet level. The master bathroom’s toilet is ridiculously close to the wall. People of any size have a difficult time with it and getting the toilet paper— It’s on the wall right behind your elbow! The toilet seat in the other bathroom is slides around when in use. The water pressure in this shower could not be equalized so the shower water came out at the desired temp. The beds were decent but are pretty worn. The kitchen was very nice. It would be great to have a keurig. Thanks. Hope you can follow up on the needs.

Condo was very clean and comfortable, however, there was construction going on literally at our front door. We had to park at the other end of the lot and walk over from building D. Some noise, lots of debris, insulation, etc. The towels in the condo were old! I called the clubhouse and got more towels. The bathtub was correctly pictured in the ad, but should be noted that it is almost impossible for senior citizens to get into it with the glass doors in the way. Three of the four of us had to use the shower. No ball in foosball table. I was told that management would contact me about the unexpected construction, and no one ever called me. Small amount of trash on sidewalk all week; no clean up. Condo is located in great area; easy to get to attractions, but I thought we were going to be on or in view of a golf course. And again, it was very clean and we had everything that we needed. Kitchen was great!

July 2023 Branson trip

We enjoyed the condo and location. Just wished the fridge & freezer worked. My boys enjoyed the yard and the basketball court. Would’ve been fun if there was a ball for the tether ball. We tried the indoor pool. It was nice but very hot/humid in the building, so I had to step outside once. Walmart was only 3 minutes away so that was handy. Dinosaur mini golf across the road was fun.

Great Stay - Lovely Property

Thousand hills was great to work with. The property was good. The location was solid and was good for our dance competition. The feedback would be to do a bit of maintenance with door handles and loose fixtures. The other thing is just remove the foosball table because it wasn’t playable.
