Seems like I was back in college, stained carpet and broken down furniture. Pretty cheap stay but really not very nice. The room was clean but don't we expect that. The shower is very basic. The toilet was new.

I had asked for pool towels and being our first time here nobody explained to us how it worked. Pool towels were in the room with regular towels and had to take them down to pool from our room. Well we were already swimming and went to front desk and they said oh well we can deliver the towels to your room. I said can someone just bring them to pool area since we were already swimming. Nope not how policy works. Then we were told we were getting a suite one bedroom with washer and dryer in unit and a balcony and nope neither one we got either. Basically communication wasn’t good. Not sure if we will stay again, coming from out of state to spend Christmas to begin with and communication errors.

We will not stay here again. The apartment is located away from the office and they wouldn’t help us find it. It was dark and the rooms are very confusing on how to find them. Then once we got to our room it was very small and the furniture wasn’t comfortable. They say that they have certain things that we like at another resort that we stay at but they don’t. For instance they say that they have a washer and dryer but come to find out it’s not in your room and you have to drive to another building to use the washer and you pay for the laundry detergent. The bed is very tall and once you get in it, you will roll to the middle where the bed is broke down. I also didn’t feel safe. There’s supposed to be a security guard at the entrance but he was only there once in the 6 days that we were there.
