Rooms and balcony were very small. Also they don’t come clean the room unless you ask. We needed coffee and towels and they delivered them with no problem but shouldn’t have to ask to clean the room.

We really enjoyed our stay! Its an older property, but well kept. The front desk staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and tea time was a nice surprise. We plan on going back to Branson next year and we will definitely stay here.

Economical place to stay close to attractions

The hotel isbperfect for Branson stays. In the heart of the downtown, clean and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and made sure i felt welcomed.

Pros. Close to the shows and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Pools were well maintained. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Nice atmosphere and common areas. Cons. Room was a little tight if you have more than two in a room. Balcony is small. Breakfast was pretty basic and simple . a few days we went out and got something to eat for breakfast instead of going there. Coffee was good.

We loved staying at the Grand Victorian. The hotel is a little dated but very comfortable and clean! The staff is very nice and over the top. Especially the front desk employee Chauvann. He was the nicest.
