The location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that the back door on the 1st floor was not locked at night. That seems like a security concern.

Our stay was wonderful. My grandkids loved the pool and game room. I loved the hot tub. I did get a room with a balcony. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony.

It was right in Branson for what we needed. Hotel was overall clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was crowded and ran out of plates often. Silverware was also not the cleanest.

The bathroom is small and the sink is right by the door that you enter through into the room. Also there was not enough water flow/pressure from the shower head. They need to install shower head with adjustable spray patterns and/or shower hose attachment.

Its was a crap shoot whether you got hot or luhe warm water. Bed was a full not a queen but it did have a queen size headboard not usb plugs anywhere. Microwave was to small to reheat leftovers. Had to hold the remote in just the right spot and that was after maintenance fixed it
