This place was awesome , we got the villa with the jet tub and fire place . It was amazing , the beds were super comfortable slept like a baby . It was quiet ! Kid friendly , the pool was amazing my kids loved the water slide . And I loved the two hot tubs! They were even passing out popsicles at the pool for the kids . Such a great place to stay with your kids ! The ONLY NEGATIVE thing I have to say is the little money scheme they try to sucker you into at the front desk when you check in . Don’t do it ! We were told it was just a 2 hour tour of the property and we would receive 2 flight tickets and two night stay at a hotel in Vegas . Then said for just answering our phone to confirm our tour we would get a $100 visa gift card . We did answer phone and confirmed but never received our gift card . And then when we got there for our tour , we then shortly found out it wasn’t a tour they were trying to get us to buy a time share . We were never told it was about time shares . I got pissed and left . They lie just to get you in there to sell you stuff .

It has everything we wanted. Quite, big rooms(the kitchen,living room) fireplaces, porches,clean sheets,comfortable pillows,big bathrooms. Just like your in a house. The beautiful sorrounding hills and of course their indoor pool This is our 2nd time here. We love it!

While the location was good, condition of the room was to be desired. There was a water leak coming from the room above. A lackluster attempt had been made to perform the repairs, but we had dripping water coming from above the entire five days, and there was a lack luster attempt and unprofessional attempt made to cover up the access hole that had to be made in the ceiling. This was definitely not what I expected out of a Hyatt property when I booked this. In addition, the noise was terrible. The sound proofing is so bad, we could hear someone in an adjacent room snoring the entire evening, and conversations being held at normal speaking volume were coming through the walls loud and clear. This was not a good value for the money we spent.

We enjoyed the space and accommodations that Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson offered. We made it for s’mores time twice, swam in the pool twice, walked the grounds pathway and participated in the legitimate escape room on the premises! We enjoyed having a full size kitchen and large dining table for our family of 5. Having two full bathrooms was so convenient as well. The double fireplaces were an added bonus that we used while watching a family movie night and before bed. We would stay here again!

Great family getaway

Beautiful clean rooms. Indoor pool and waterslide were open even in the off season. A little bit of construction around the property but nothing we heard during our stay. Perfect for our family getaway.
