NEW Luxurious Black & White Modern Lake House | 5BR/4BA Escape the crowd at this highly rated, newly built sanctuary nestled between Table Rock Lake and the mountains. Designed with modern elegance, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath home has 11 beds and offers privacy, serenity, and direct nature view. You can bring up to two pets (fees apply). The key features include private fenced heated plunge pool (Mid march to Mid November), fenced pet area, Hot tub, EV charger, wheelchair access, and ample parking. This new house has hand crafted mid-century furniture and beautiful paintings by a famous local artist. The sunroom has cozy furniture for you to relax and have a fresh cup of coffee. The lower level deck has a hot tub and sitting area. Key Features: * Private Swim heated Plunge Pool (open from mid March to mid November) & year-round outdoor hot tub * Stunning lake and mountain views from the sunroom – watch falcons soar and sunsets paint the sky * Pet-friendly (2 dogs max, $100 fee) with fenced backyard and play area * EV charger and ample parking * Wheel chair accessible entrance * Walk to the lake via a private trail (access near cul-de-sac) There are two living areas. The upper level living space can host a large group of guests. It has large dining tables, sofa beds, and an island with bar stools. The lower level living space has a 75" smart TV and sofa beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware for your cooking needs. The stove has a built-in air fryer where you can prepare healthy snacks in no time. There is a coffee corner for you to make freshly brewed coffee or simply use the Keurig coffee machine to get a quick cup of coffee. The kitchen closet has large utensils and pots and pan set. The master bedroom has a handcrafted midcentury queen bed, shower, vanity, and large walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms also have handcrafted queen beds where you can sleep comfortably. All bedrooms have new mattresses and bedding that will help you to have a sound and refreshing sleep. There are three hand crafted bunk beds. The house has access to high speed internet and all TVs in the house are Smart TVs. The main attraction of this house is the private backyard that is accessible only to the guests. It has a fenced-in area with a patio swing and play area. All bathrooms have body shower and shampoo dispensers. Bathroom towels and essentials are kept under the sink in each bathroom. There are extra supplies (e.g. towels, pillows, comforters) in the master bedroom closet. The entire house with all amenities and space is for the guests. 16 people can sleep comfortably in the two levels. Use stairs to access the ground level (for fire pit and fenced area). You can bring two pets for a pet fee of $100. There is an outdoor security camera near the main entrance. The camera is turned off when guests stay. Guests have access to the entire property. The property is located on a steep hill and some areas around the property are not accessible. Please adhere to the posted signs. There is a walking trail (near the cul de sac) to the lake I will be available on phone It's a quite neighborhood close to the table rock lake This house is wheelchair friendly. There is a wheel chair ramp at the entrance. The main level is wheel chair accessible with one bedroom, two baths, living and kitchen. The sunroom is also wheel chair accessible. The heated pool is available from April to October or when the temperature drops below 40 degree.

The place was wonderful. Great location, very nice view, overall very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was okay. A little small and lost heat (the temp began dropping after 20 to 30 min). The kitchen was well-stocked. Love that drawers and cabinets were labeled. Very clean Kitchen utensils and dishware. There are many wasps living inside the ceiling fan in the sunroom. We loved the sunroom, but had to move inside. The host was very responsive and thorough. We'd definitely stay here again.

For our group of 8, it was adequate. The heated feature was a game-changer, allowing us to enjoy it every single night despite the fall chill. We also enjoyed the hot tub, switching between the pool and the hot tub.• Spotlessly Clean: The property was very clean and well-maintained when we arrived.• Fully Stocked: It had all the amenities we needed, from kitchen appliances to plenty of towels. House was overall great. Cleanliness of the property was the biggest issue. Floors were very dirty and there was a lot of dust/bugs on the main level. Pool was also only half filled and we didn’t see a way to fill the pool up. Upper deck had a great sunset view!

We had 11 of us, 3 kids 5 to 9 and 8 adults. House had plenty of space. The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. Would have been nice to have a TV on the main level living area, main TV was downstairs in second living area. Location is good and place for the most part was clean. We had a great time enjoying Branson as a family. Check in was easy and host communicated ahead of time and really no communication needed after we arrived. Would rate this place a 4 overall.
