Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!



The Space:

Aside from the curb in the parking lot, there are NO STAIRS to get inside this unit.

Then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:

The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!



The Neighborhood:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!



One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

The hosts were attentive. The house was so clean! The pool was packed with so many people since it’s a small indoor pool and it wasn’t outdoor open pool season yet, no fault of the host though. The neighbors above our unit were loud and disrespectful making it hard to sleep, but that’s no fault of the host or owner. We appreciated the safe clean place to stay for our quick visit to the area. Thank you

Very clean and well decorated condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms very nice size. Absolutely no issues with the condo. We were disappointed in the indoor pool. Very small and very crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This condo is wonderful. Very clean and just like pictures showed. No stairs! We loved open floor plan. Bedrooms were wonderful and bathrooms were set up great. Nice area, close to everything. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, and pots and pan to cook meals. Dininng table very nice and large . We are a family of 7, 4 adults 3 children. Kids are 3 to 8 years. Kids had plenty of room to move around and loved the twin beds. Owner and management team very nice and easy to contact. Adam, you have the cleanest washer and dryer we have encountered in rental condos. We have traveled to branson many times over the last 25 years. We stay in condos only, because of the ability to cook meals and relax. We will be back here again.

Very clean and super comfy beds! Only issue we had and it was minor was the bathtub in the master didn't seem to properly hold water, so we couldn't get it to fill. Otherwise we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

This is our 4th stay at this property for the year and we will definitely be back. Our kids feel at home in this condo and the team are super on top of everything with quick to respond if any issues arise (which was few and far between). The Christmas decoration was an added bonus as well!

Location of the Unit was perfect. Unit was very clean and stocked with essentials. The only issue we had, was a dresser drawer in the Master bedroom handle came off and the shelf in the same bedroom closet was very loose. We took care of these little issues with no problems.
