Neglected

Considering several properties and stays in the Branson area, this is the least maintained by the owner. It needs considerable improvements, as much of it has outlived it's useful life. Rates do not reflect the condition. Overall, the cleanliness is okay. All-in-all, many better options are available for this price point.

Convenient location. Good space for our party of 4. Quiet. Okay parking. No stairs. Plenty of bath towels. Looks like plaster was not sanded before painting. Lots of damage marks. Door from master bedroom to deck could not be opened. Toilets and showers were tiny. Kitchen had no dish soap and only a couple of dishwasher pods. Very steep hill into complex.

Pos: clean, kitchen equipped. Neg: smelled of mold/mildew, no lake view, structure problems

Looks are deceiving with this place. The pictures on HomeAway were nice, the furnishings are true. What you don't see is the structural damage at the back of the condo. The door that goes to the deck if very hard to open and close. I am blaming the lizzard under the couch in the master bedroom on the door not closing correctly. I'm not sure if this place has had water damage but the musty smell is breath taking and made use feel sick. I will NOT return!!
