Outdated and cleanliness issues

The hotel is outdated. The room was not clean and the carpet was filthy with many stains. Because we were driving, we had many cleaning products of our own and put them all to use before we used the bathroom or get near the bed. Had to clean the tub before we used it because there was hair in the tub and on the floor. It was a late check in, or we would have gotten another hotel.

Bring your own TP and Towels

Great location and price! But the hotel is very overdue for a remodel. Don't expect clean towels trash emptied and toilet paper because they don't service the rooms at all while you're there. I'm not expecting them to pick up or make beds but at least give us towels and toilet paper and you know empty the 1 tiny trash can they provide.

The property manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. He switched our rooms as the first one was a bit smokey. You could tell from previous reviews they were working diligently to correct others concerns. The pool was great. The rooms were average but it's a 2 star hotel. We will stay again. If the entire room had laminate floor that would be udeal. Thank you sir for going above and beyond!

This is an old facility, some updates but not enough to be worth staying here. Piss in the elevator, and smells were absolutely terrible. The free breakfast was atrocious.

The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and welcoming — definitely a bright spot in our stay. However, the building we stayed in (toward the back) seemed to be the oldest and not as well-maintained. The AC struggled to keep up with the heat, especially on a hot day, which made it a bit uncomfortable. We were also placed next to a room with a dog that was left inside the entire time. The constant barking made it hard to relax, and it honestly felt like the dog was ready to come through the window at any moment. There were a few maintenance issues in the room as well: the coffee pot didn’t work, and although the hair dryer turned on, it didn’t function properly. Also, the ceiling tile above the shower had a stain, likely from a previous leak, and could really use replacing. On a positive note, the ice machine worked great and the ice was cold — small detail, but appreciated!

It was a place to sleep thats about it it wasnt the cleanest place the sheets had stains the rooms smelled and the buildings them selves need some attention from maintenance in a bad way

The dead bolt was a magnet paper clip and the door also had no weather strip so it had an inch and a half gap that was visible from inside and outside. Bathroom door was in bad shape had a screw sticking out of it and stained all over it.

A good stay

The man working at the desk was super nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was ok had waffles and biscuits and gravy. Also had eggs but no meat. The hotel is three buildings two buildings have the rooms. One building has the inside pool. So to go to breakfast have to go to another building( the same building as the lobby

This hotel was in horrible condition. I know we are in branson and the hotels are aged but this hotel was not good. Bed were crazy hard and uncomfortable. When making the reservation, we requested a room on the bottom floor (my spouse has a broken knee) and when we got there were told they didn't have any available and we were put on the 4th floor and had to step up a stair to get to the bathroom. Luckily they had elevators BUT the elevators smelled so bad. So bad. I don't even know what the smell was but it never left. The outside halls were lined in cigarette butts and trash was everywhere. I wish i would have thought to take photos. Never ever again. Please use this as a warning.

The elevator has not been cleaned in ages. It smells disgusting. It made us gag. There was trash around the office. The indoor pool has piles of sand on the steps. There were used towels hanging behind our bathroom door.

We stayed for four nights, July 2-4. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, which is fine. Inside each room is pleasant for the most part. The lot was relatively messy with litter. The staff are all extremely friendly and nice. 5/5 stars for service and polite staff. Given the lot was littered a good little bit, I would rate cleanliness at 2/5. The breakfast was decent, but got old after the second night. 2/5. The outdoor pool was relaxing and mostly clean aside from people leaving towels and their personal trash around the area. 4/5. For the price paid during the stay, I would rate the cost to amenities at a barely passing 3/5. This is a good stay if you’re budgeting a trip to Branson. There are other places that are a little cheaper. However, I wouldn’t skimp on an extra $25-$50 for something on the Branson Landing or going all out luxurious with a lake-side view. Thank you. :)
