Very quiet and feels safe in that area. Our room was comfortable & clean. Parking lot is easily accessible and clean. The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable about the different events going on at the resort. We literally walked a short distance to the food trucks down the street & stopped by the park. Just a great atmosphere & we will return guaranteed!

We’ve been going to Stillwater for years. Love the views and location. Needs serious updates on bathrooms, carpet, mattresses, appliances, no elevator in the bldg we were in. Next year I guess we need to request an elevator if on the 3rd floor. We will come back unless prices increase. Check in easy.

When we walked in the room it had a funky smell. The smell was noticeable to everyone who walked in and it stayed the entire stay. The carpet in the double bed room has no padding on part of it. So I’m assuming there was a water leak and just removed the pad. I’m not sure if that contributed to the smell or not.

I have stayed here for 25 years. It needs to be remodeled . The bathroom had a crack in the tub and was dirty. Moved to another room. The freezer leaked water in the refrigerator on the first shelf. There was a mildew ring around the commode. As we were packing to leave water started dripping from the ceiling around lights and smoke detectors, in all the rooms! Then all across the ceiling. My family and I loved this place all these years but now my son told me we should try another place next year. It is heartbreaking really but not going to risk our next vacation with many problems going on and weighing on us while we are trying to relax.

There was no power for the electric fireplace as we were told "it's not yet the season to use fireplaces" even though the temperatures were in the upper 30's at night. Large stain on the sofa cushion. At check-in, subjected to the concierge and the sales pitch for timeshares. Thankfully, the "it's not yet the season for fireplaces" rule simply reinforces my despise for any timeshare. There was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Comparatively, this was the worst lodging adventure we've had in the past 3 years. Great location though and nice property.

We loved the property. The rooms need new beds (very uncomfortable) and we had 2 different rooms in our party and sheets and extra blankets for the Murphy beds were missing. Only 1 of the keys for each room worked. And I didn’t call because the young girl who checked us in (was still oblivious training) very short with us. And absolutely rude and I did not want to connect with her again. We wanted to upgrade and get rooms next to each other and she didn’t know how to do that so she had to have her manager. And she didn’t even offer us connecting rooms. And when I called once to see if we could get sheets and ask why we couldn’t get connecting room she was very rude so I just didn’t even bother Going back down to on the office.
