It was very nice. I did have an issue with the TV in the down stairs bedroom did not want to come on. And when I wanted to extend my stay by 1 night I was told by the resort I would have to go through Hotels.com and when I did go through Hotels.com I was told I had to go through the resort. When I went through the resort I was told they are booked hp and not extending any stays. Why couldn't they have said that start with instead of a run around that I was given.

We felt it was spacious and well equipped with necessary kitchen equipment. Liked having washer and dryer in unit. Could have been cleaner. The handrails on the stairway inside was filthy, caked on dirt that had not been cleaned ever? The back porch area was dirty. Needed sweeping and was filled with spider webs. We reported 3 times that there were critters in attic (raccoons) and no follow up with us was ever provided. A maintenance person told us he would report it but we had already reported it to office. The critters kept us awake and was disturbing. The pool area and grill bar was nice. No attendant on slide for kids area on weekend.

The cottage we stayed in was cute and clean. The beds were comfortable. We basically were there to shower and sleep as we were downtown Branson every day. It was nice they had entertainment nightly. Didn’t like the food at the restaurant, kids spaghetti & chicken salad. The pool was pretty cloudy & the water slide wasn’t open. For being a resort, you would think they would have a little convenience store to pick up little things you might need or forgot instead of running to Branson. Overall, it was a relaxing resort.

We recently stayed at this cottage and while it had some charming aspects and potential for a great getaway, we unfortunately encountered several issues that impacted our experience. First, there was a persistent ant problem throughout the stay. The ants were not just outside, but also inside the cottage — near the sink, on the island, and most concerningly, in our children’s bed. On three separate occasions, ants crawled on us, including one unsettling moment during bedtime while we were laying in bed. Additionally, the toilet broke after hours, and we had to repair it ourselves, which was not ideal when trying to relax on vacation. There was also a stained sheet that we did not feel comfortable using. The check-in process was another disappointment. We were not informed that our cottage was ready until after 8 PM, which made for a frustrating and inconvenient arrival. We truly wanted to enjoy our time here, and we recognize that no place is perfect, but these issues combined made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We waited a long time for our cottage to be ready on day one. When I told the front desk lady that it was after 4pm and check-in was at 4:00, she matter-of-factly corrected me, “Check-in STARTS at 4, we are here until 10:00.” (Rooms don’t have to be ready until 10pm, like what?!?) Aside from that, our cottage was cute and clean and fun.

We loved this place! The property was clean and the staff were very responsive. When we needed help with hot water, they sent someone immediately even though it was 9:30 at night and it was fixed. The pool area was perfect for our kids and they had a blast. When the pool slide was down for a little bit, they fixed it and had it up and running. The only complaint we had was that the slide was only open for about 30 minutes the day we were out there.
The pool area was so fun!

I think it was a great overall trip, besides them trying to push you into a timeshare’s pitch. After checking in they send you over to a desk to get a parking pass. I think should get rid of that, but overall it was great. Water slide was down most days we were there. It opened up on the very last day of us staying there. Still waiting for my 250 refundable diposit, and yes we kept the house neat when we left. Also still waiting for the 100 dollars they told me they would refund for the timeshare pitch. Besides the sketchy timeshare stuff, it’s a great place

We were formerly owners at Stormy Point. This time the cabin showed more scratches and the porch definitively needed work. Just sad that such a nice place has deteriorated to this point!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time. (Children 10, 4 and 3 yo) Everything was clean and well-appointed, creating a comfortable and homey atmosphere. We loved walking to the pool and the lighthouse. The location is amazing, close to every attraction. And wonderful view to the lake. I would suggest that those driving the golf carts drive more slowly to prevent accidents.

I really liked how spacious and comfortable the home was and how easy and quick the travel was to the Branson Convention Center and to all the attractions in Branson! One of our favorite parts of the stay was watching the groundhogs outside the living room window! Our kids loved them! What wasn’t good about our stay was we had to call and ask for someone to check the refrigerator that wasn’t cold and we had ants! Someone did come and sprayed the ants but the refrigerator didn’t really get fixed.

I stayed here before and it was great, but this time it was bad. The house we were in had ants. There wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub. As soon as you walked into the door there was this burnt spice smell. In front of the house was a bush of poison ivy.
