The property was clean. The bed was very firm which is the way we like the beds. The pillows on the other hand were not the best but we made do. Over all it was a nice place.

Noisy room

I love staying here and it is my go to hotel when I visit Branson. However I learned this trip not to stay on the first floor of the second bldg ever again. My room was across from the laundry service and a few rooms from the pool. At 6:30AM the laundry service begins with doors slamming, loud shouting,music and singing which continues until 4PM. Families also are swimming all hours of the day or night so a lot of squeeling and yelling. I am happy that people are having a good time but need some sleep to enjoy my trip. The floor above me wasn’t insulated, so I also had the privilege of hearing constant walking back and forth. There is no chance of sleeping until well after midnight or past 6:30 AM. I will avoid getting a room in that area in the future. I would advise you to do the same unless you would like to party all day and night till the cows come home. Or you need to bring noise cancelling headphones.
