The Front Desk Clerk-Kathryn was superb, very friendly, and helpful. The cook Mrs Carolyn was extra extra nice and made sure she cooked my food that I bought so I would have someone to eat. We will be back

What I didn’t like about the property was it was outdated and not very clean. We had to switch rooms due to the uncleanliness(the wall was filthy beside the bed and had buggers all on it, crayon marking, and the tub was nasty. The second room was better with clean walls and the tub was recoated however was peeling really bad. I will say the second room was better than the first. Breakfast was ok and the property was in a convenient location but I would not stay here again

I like that our suite was super spacious. Love the tub! I don’t like the bed. I think it needs new ones. They are super lumpy and worn out. Also the elevators are always crowded. Would be nice if the resort has its own elevator for staff, so they won’t be on the guests way carrying bulky beddings and towels. The balcony is okay. Wish there’s a setting area there. Overall stay was okay for one night. Oh and breakfast was super good!

Took us 4 attempts with customer service to finally get into a room. The first chosen room’s door lock didn’t work. The replacement room’s door had a gap wide enough that the hallway light served as a nightlight throughout the night.

The room was not clean we drove five hours away to be stuck at a room with the worst customer service. I was told I would get refunded. I would not stay at the place again. I do not recommend anyone stay.

Everything was ok i did have to wait and hour to check in, check in time was 4 we showed up at like 15 min 20 minutes after 4 wasnt till after 5 that we was able to get checked in. I did not receive my 10% off all food and beverages that i paid extra for so that was a let down . Our room was decent there was trash on top of the cabinet but loved the location and the breakfast buffet was awesome overall we had a good time

Convenient location. Large hotel but shows age. The restaurant could not keep up with breakfast and no seating. At check in the staff immediately tried selling trips and pushing to waist 2 hours in a meeting about travel packages. Never got the WiFi to work. TV remote was broken. But only stayed 2 nights so we managed.

Great location, friendly staff, room definitely needed upgrades and it could have been cleaner. Wash cloths and hand towels were not in our room when we got there so, we had to call room service to get some. Really rowdy kids at the pool that weren’t behaved, no room to swim because it was super busy. Adults couldn’t even hardly enjoy the jacuzzi because parents weren’t watching their little kids and it was packed with little kids in it. I think next time we will spend a little more money and go somewhere else to stay where we don’t have to fight over elevators and the pool. We had to wait 20 minutes just for an elevator to come because it was so packed.
