We came in on a Friday after spring break with a lot of people checking in for a weekend or leaving after staying the week at 3:30. We knew the room wouldn’t be ready until 4 per the reservation, but we went ahead and checked-in anyways. They told us the room still needed to be cleaned and said we would receive a call once it was ready. We went ahead and visited a local museum and played a round of mini golf and still hadn’t received call by 5, but figured it had to be ready by then or would be by the time we got there. Went in and our room still wasn’t ready and when we asked how much longer it would be, we were told by the manager “I have no idea”. I would’ve been fine if there was even a time frame he gave us, but the total nonchalant behavior was pretty rude. He then asked, “what is it that you want, are you wanting to use the facilities?” when he saw our faces to the already previously rude statement. Maybe I just wanted to check into my room that should’ve been ready an hour and a half ago before going to a show at 7 in our car clothes? Regardless, he then decided that he would give us his number and took down ours, and said he would’ve give us a call when the room was ready. Got a call from concierge a half an hour later that our room was ready (not the manager we spoke to) and was given our room key and a map of the hotel grounds. Had to figure out ourselves that the room was not in the main hotel and in one of the inn’s. Won’t stay here again.

The room was nice, but not as we expected. We were not interested in timeshare presentations, so we did not get breakfast unless we took the tour. We just wanted a room to enjoy our stay in Branson. Next time we will be sure we book with amenities we need for our stay. Staff was not as friendly after we declined the timeshare presentation.

Fancy, but needs a couple of tweaks

This hotel was very fancy. It was a great experience from the security gate to being greeted at the front door of check-in. The room was a great size and had MANY great amenities. I appreciated how helpful everyone was. We didn't have the opportunity to explore the grounds, but we also visited in the off season when they were fixing areas up. The only issues for us was a thermostat that we were unable to work and as a result it was very warm in the room, the tv in the bedroom was needing to be replaced, and there should have been privacy curtains especially in the bedroom. Also, for a fancy hotel there wasn't much soundproofing between rooms as we heard the neighbors quite often.

Nice hotel, great location. Staff was outstanding. Amenities are great with the activities for kids. The market place on site had a good selection and food was good. Wish they were open more hours.

Find another hotel

We got the 1 bedroom Grand Villa room. The day before we left, there was water leaking from the ceiling in the light fixtures in the kitchen. My three year old daughter found a big staple on the carpet. None of the outlets worked in the bathroom. Our shower did not work, only the bathtub. The screen door would not open in the living room. I went to the marketplace and tried to buy coffee and 2 drinks. They said they did not have the 2 drinks after I already paid $30 and that there was not a person to issue me a refund. If you are coming to Branson, please consider another hotel.

The room was very outdated with a broken lamb,the sink would not drain properly, the bathroom door lock was also cracked the shower head definitely needed fixed this room was very outdated. The dayshift staff seemed very nice but the night shift was rude.

Room 403 was ok until my son was bitten by a bed bug. We called front desk and security came immediately and took pictures and gave us room 418 which was ok we could have used more towels and soap.only one wash cloth and no soap.

We arrived in the lobby was large, smelled fresh and clean. The customer service representative was knowledgeable and friendly. She referred us to the concierge that was knowledgeable and friendly as well. We are very pleased with the overall experience. The beds were so comfortable that I removed the sheets to get the information on it. 10/10
