This lovely condo comes complete with all the essential comforts to make you feel right at home.

Prepare your favorite dinners and desserts in the well-equipped kitchen. The space features new appliances, a charming breakfast counter accompanied by 4 barstools and a drop leaf table with 2 chairs.

Once you're satisfyingly full, make yourself comfortable in the main living space, which includes a cozy sofa, leather armchair and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with cable. Large windows finish off the room, along with a door to access the spacious back deck.

Step outside for a breath of fresh air and inspiring mountain views. This covered deck comes complete with patio furniture for you to dine al fresco or just sit back, relax and enjoy the view.

Walk back inside through the second doorway and enter into the master bedroom. Aside from private deck access, the room also boasts a plush king-sized bed, flat-screen Smart TV with cable and an en suite bathroom equipped with a tub-shower combo. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and flat-screen Smart TV.

This condo is conveniently situated directly across the street from the community pool. Walk no further than 100 feet to lounge under the sun or go for a refreshing swim. The Notch Estates complex also offers another second community outdoor seasonal pool, playground, catch and release fishing lake, shaded picnic areas equipped with charcoal grills, and walking trails.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Please note that the lake at this property is not accessible by vehicle. It is a steep, rocky path that is quite a ways from the cabin and must be walked

- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

HOUSE RULES:

-Must Be 25 years or older to book

-Rental Agreement and Drivers License Required after booking

-No smoking, pets, or parties

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

We had a wonderful time in Branson and the condo was great. Met all our needs, was clean and loved that it was decorated for the holidays! We really like that area. We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was great for our family of 4. Our girls stayed in 1 room and we had the master. Layout was great for our quick stay in branson. Only complaint at all was that the floors seemed sticky, but we think it was from the cleaning agent used, as everything seemed very clean when we got there. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication from the host. Spotless, crystal clean. Peaceful! Breathtaking, unobstructed view from the deck. Full kitchen/utensils, etc, it's there. Washer/dryer right in the unit, pool, trails, barbecue grills, they have everything! Oh, and it's 4 minutes away from Silver Dollar City.

Lovely condo close to it all

Our family enjoyed our stay the weekend before Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. It’s literally a 1-2 minute drive to Silver Dollar City. It’s very homey and has everything you need for your stay. The property manager was so friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.
