A kitnet estava suja. O mini bar é bem pequeno. Existe um filtro de água acoplado à torneira que não se pode garantir a qualidade da água a ser bebida. Só foi deixado 1 rolo de papel higiênico para uma locação de casal por 7 dias. A colcha de frio só atende uma pessoa dormindo e de forma muito pouco satisfatória. Os utensílios de cozinha já estão abaixo da crítica. Quebrados, insuficientes e de péssima qualidade. Sequer possui um tapete de banheiro. As toalhas eram bem desgastadas. Não havia conjunto de roupa cama substituto para o período locado. Enfim. Não é recomendável para locação.
