O quarto era horrível, roupas de cama encardidas, cortinas caidas, box do banheiro alagadas, toalhas encardidas que nem pano de Chão, torneira da pia pingando água sem parar, no box não tem saboneteira, não tinha onde colocar shampoo e nem apoio prá nada. Me arrempendi de ficar em um lugar horrível como esse apto.

Gente, jamais se hospedem nesse lugar! Primeiro que a imobiliária responsável não responde. Segundo que o quarto no hotel é péssimo. Não tinha água quente no chuveiro, as roupas de cama e banho eram todas imundas. Não tinha luz no banheiro. O ar condicionado só liga e desliga se você tirar/colocar na tomada. Não tem controle e você toma fica com medo de tomar choque. A TV também não tem controle remoto funcionando. Eles não deixam NADA alem de apenas um lençol. Ta com frio? Se vira. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Quarto mal cuidado. Persiana quebrada, nao tinha manta, apenas lençol. Tv ligava so na tomada e nao tinha como mudar canal ou alterar volume. Tambem fez falta um espelho de corpo inteiro.

O quarto era HORRÍVEL!!!!! Completamente diferente das imagens, empoeirado, pia com vazamento embaixo, mofo. Era mais fácil não ter cortina do que ter aquilo (aquelas cortinas de faixa só q todas as faixas tinham caído). Não tinha uma coberta. Extremamente barulhento a noite. Não tinha microondas, como nas imagens. Tudo parecia velho sujo e precisando urgentemente de reparos

O quarto nal cuidado, roupas de cama suja. Passei muito frio durante a madrugada e o proprietário simplesmente falou que nao oferece roupas de cama. Um absurdo! Se quer ficar dentro de hotel precisa manter o padrão.

O quarto não era muito limpo, não tinha roupa de cama o suficiente, era flat particular, filtro da pia quebrado, e banheiro sujo, sorte que era só pra dormir mesmo, por uma emergência de troca de voo.

Anúncio pode ser classificado como um GOLPE, pois o quarto na verdade não pertence ao hotel, foi vendido para um particular, e no chek-in o Hotel já informa que não tem nada a ver com a hospedagem, e qualquer problema é com o proprietário. Quarto horrível, com duas lâmpadas queimadas no banheiro e outra no quarto. Não fornecem cobertores (tem que pagar R$50,00), roupa de cama velha e nosso lençol estava até rasgado. Toalhas velhas e ruins. A TV estava com o pé quebrado, o armário embaixo da pia estava caindo. Duas persianas caídas e encostadas no canto do quarto. Box do banheiro todo comido de ferrugem e sequer tinha suporte para sabonete. Porta do quarto para o banheiro é daquelas de PVC sanfonado, bem safada. Não caiam nessa. Hoteis.com não deveria hospedar esse tipo de anúncio.

O hotel é bom, mas o quarto particular não é igual da rede do hotel, a cortina estava suja, ao lado de parede mofada, colchão mole e o atendimento da imobiliária, quando respondem, é de forma totalmente descortês com o cliente.

O hotel em si é muito bom. Diria até excelente. Porém, a modalidade onde o apartamento é por conta do proprietário, o conforto e manutenção do apartamento é muito ruim. Tomadas com defeito, luzes queimadas. Torneira vazando. Deve-se cobrar mais dos proprietários dos flats particulares. De resto, o hotel é muito bom.
