・Check in trouble. SMS key was not send by office. so we had consumed 4 hours to check in. We shooted a photo of SMS from stuff's smart phone who came to apartment tampa after we call to office several times and several hours later. The SMS code was wrong that key to into gate of the building. The building have 2 gates that into building and independent rooms. For independent rooms, we get the ohisicul key from stuff. After the stuff leave we could not into the building because SMS indecated wrong key. we called again to the office and funally we got the key by voice directly. ・Gas heating system was no good condition that is too high pressure 3.5 - 4. After stuff adjust the pressure to 1.5, next day, the pressure returened to 3.5. ・Knife is too poor to kooking. We struggled to cut potetos and onions, everything. ・sink of kitchin is too small. It is difficult to wash dishes. ・The washing machine does not have a dehydrating function. ・2 light bulbes have been broken down. ・Lack of table for work. there is only one table. we need lease for 2 persons. ・Parking is not prepared. On the web site it was described there is free parking space. However, actually, stuff told us we need to park into park space which not written number. But there are no parking spaces which vacant number. ・The sofa bed is not long enough for 170cm man to sleep straight.. ・The stuff didn't understand well about this apartment.
