Toilet seat was broke so it made it difficult to do your business without some difficulty, asked front desk about laundry facility and was told we had to go into town( miles away) and come to find out a day later there is a laundry facilities on premises 50 yrds from our room!

We had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. They were going to move us to another room, which was even worse. The property seems dated rundown and needed some attention to amenities. Our shower filled up with water when being used it did not drain properly.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! For the price it was an excellent option for us. The room was bigger than any we’ve seen around. There were 2 pools and a hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed. The place is dated and has some oddities, but it was a great stay at the low price!

Opened the door and Room smelt so bad we turned around and walked out! Not staying here! The grounds were so unkept too, It felt like the Bates motel! Then turned in key tried to get money back and Expedia won’t get it refunded! Such compete ripoff and bad business practice not to help out when a property on their site is unacceptable. Thanks for no support Expedia! a bad customer service experience, wasted time and loss of money! I can’t believe this property is even available on Expedia! avoid!

The fridge in one room was full of black mold. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. The room smelled like smoke or moldy- just a weird odor. Breakfast was cold, and items that were gone weren’t replenished. I can’t believe I paid this much money for a place like this
