Beautiful holiday home complex on the south slope in St. Andreasberg on the edge of the forest in a very quiet location. It consists of 4 terraced houses with separate entrances for each house and apartment. The apartments are comfortable, tasteful and all differently furnished. The kitchens were equipped with modern kitchen furniture and have a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. in the houses. The house has been managed by us for 50 years and is constantly being renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. Free WiFi is a matter of course for everyone. Fixed line telephone only on request. Children are always welcome guests, so they are taken care of in the garden as well as in the house with children's chairs, beds, garden toys etc.
We provide sledding sleds free of charge.

Urlaub mit bitterem Nachgeschmack

Ausstattung des Hauses veraltet, aber in Ordnung. Kaum Toiletten-/Reinigungsartikel (drei Rollen Toilettenpapier und zwei Geschirrspültabs für sechs Personen, keine Seife für Gästetoilette). Es zieht insbesondere im Wohnzimmer. Heizung geht nachts aus und Haus kühlt extrem aus. Sauberkeit wird vorher leider nicht ernst genommen (Tierkothaufen auf Balkon, Staub, Wollmäuse), aber von den Gästen verlangt der Vermieter ohne vorherige Ankündigung eine besenreine Übergabe, die man trotz Endreinigungspauschale, dann hinterher zusätzlich zahlen soll. Achtung: Hier gibt es verschiedene AGBs im Umlauf. Umgebung schön, allerdings mit Kind im Kinderwagen nicht sonderlich für einen Spaziergang geeignet. Schön jedoch der Spielplatz hinter dem Haus und die Aussicht.

Mehrfach ist die Heizung ausgefallen

Leider mussten wir den Urlaub abbrechen, da mehrfach die Heizung ausgefallen ist. Es war kalt und bot uns keinen gemütlichen Rückzugsort mehr. Mit Kleinkindern und Kinderwagen liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr steil, sodass ein Spaziergang in den Ort eine körperliche Herausforderung ist. Die Wohnung ist solide eingerichtet und gut aufgeteilt, dennoch knarrt der Boden bei jedem Schritt und es ist sehr hellhörig. Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Reinigungsteam lief Problemlos und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Alles in allem eine bodenständige Wohnung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Energiesparmaßnahmen Überhand nehmen.
