Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung. Der Küchentisch ist schön groß und es ist Nett noch ein Wohnzimmer zu haben. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Für ein Wochenende war das kein Problem. Kommunikation war gut. Könnte ein bisschen sauberer sein. War aber jetzt auch nicht dreckig.

Leider kein PrimeLoft und ob es ein Loft ist, nur weil die Türen von Küche und Wohnzimmer ausgehangen sind, ist fraglich.Die Wohnung macht auf den Inseratsbilder einen modernen Eindruck. Allerdings war diese bei unserer Ankuft in einem unhygienischen und verdreckten Zustand. Bereits die Einbruchsspuren an der Wohnungstür wirken wenig vertrauenswürdig. In der Wohnung dann der Schock. Das Bad war dreckig, die Duschkabine schimmlig und voller roter Seifenreste. Die Schraube der Duschwand zur Hälfte aus der Wand gerissen. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken mit gelbem Dreck gerändert. Auf der Handtuchheizung und der Halterung für das Toilettenpapier dicke Staubschichten. Leider setzte sich das Bild in der Küche fort. Das Besteck und -schubfach waren dreckig, ebenso der Backofen, das Geschirr (in den Kaffeetassen fanden wir Kaffeeränder der Vorbesucher)und Heizkörper. Auch die Ausstatung der Küche ließ zu Wünschen übrig (keine Schüsseln, keine Schälchen, keine Abendbrotsteller). Die "immer vorrätigen" Verbrauchsmaterialien waren fast aufgebraucht, sodass wir uns alles kauften. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Tür verbunden. Die Tür lässt sich jedoch nicht schließen (klemmt). Der Parkplatz ist in einer ungepflegten Tiefgarage 200m von der FeWo entfernt. Positiv: Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit möglich. Ein Reinigungsteam kam noch am ersten Abend und putzte das Bad 2h. Der Ekel war den Herren ins Gesicht geschrieben. Eine Entschädigung (100) bekamen wir eine Woche später.
