Abzüge in der B-Note

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war vollkommen in Ordnung. Allerdings wurde der Gesamteinduck durch den Zustand der angepriesenden "Sonnenterasse", die offensichtlich lange nicht gereinigt wurde, doch sehr getrübt. Mit Moos bewachsene Bodenfliesen. etc.

Schöner Urlaub im Harzzentrum

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung an gutem Standort für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die nahe und ferne Umgebung. Parkplatz am Haus, Lebensmittel ect. fußläufig erreichbar. Smart-TV ! Sehr gutes Erholungspotenzial.

Den Fernseher im Wohnzimmer könnte man erneuern, da dieser sehr klein und alt ist. Sonst ist die Wohnung wirklich sehr gemütlich und top ausgestattet.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, weil sie sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt war. Die große Terrasse war quasi und einsehbar mit Blick in Baumkronen ideal für Naturliebhaber. Sankt Andreasberg ist ein idealer Standort für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Wenn man allerdings hohe Erwartungen an die abendliche Möglichkeiten hat, ist man in dem Ort viel am Platz. Zu der Zeit als wir da waren über Fronleichnam hatte nur ein Lokal geöffnet. Es ist aber in erreichbar Nähe genügend Angebot vorhanden.

Gemütliches, schönes Appartement mit allem, was das Herz begehrt!

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt: schön gestaltet und top modernisiert. Küche und Bad in sehr gutem Zustand und mit allem ausgerüstet, was man so brauchen kann. Schlafzimmer mit geräumigem Schrank und genug Platz für ein Kinder-Reisebett war auch gut. Nur die Matratzen sind leider sehr weich, weshalb wir nicht so gut geschlafen haben - aber das ist vielleicht auch Geschmackssache ;) Trotzdem tolle Unterkunft mit Parkplatz vor der Tür und Sankt Andreasberg war für uns ein top Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Noch ein kleines Manko: bis zum Hauseingang zum Appartement sind es ziemlich viele Treppen, d.h. man sollte lieber nicht zu viel Gepäck dabei haben (anders als wir ;)).
