Large windows open onto the garden, which invites you to relax with garden furniture and a shady tree on the terrace. The kitchen and bathroom are about 30 years old but well-maintained and functional; some electrical appliances have been replaced. The bedrooms were modernized in 2021. Lovingly selected details such as books, pictures, and souvenirs on the shelves give the house personality. Most of the cupboards are empty.
