It was very difficult to access by car. You need to park on the sidewalk temporarily and go in to reception to check-in and ask for an access code to the underground parking. The smoking area was right outside the your window where people go out and make lots of noise until 4am in the morning. The room is basic and clean. Extremely overpriced for what they offer.

Worth a stay

We stayed there for 5 nights and overall it was great. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The room was tidy and felt overall clean. The location is excellent - you are in the city centre within a few minutes by foot, but still far away enough from all the hussle and bussle. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel itself is quite nice. Access is tricky and the total absence of instructions made it hard to find the hotel itself and then the car park. Apparently direct bookings get instructions - so unfortunately Expedia customers seem to be regarded as second class patrons.

Check in was terrifiying. Booking code I was sent did not work. No receptionist was there until 5pm. It was 0 degree outside and I had to to wait more tham an hour for the receptionist to come. If they have a partntime receptionist then they have to make sure that the booking code theysend for self check in should work. Terrible experience.

Hotel was fine and in aconvenient location. No access to underground parking garage until you are checked in, and no information on this on the website. Otherwise it did the trick.

Perfect city stay

Perfect hotel for a city stay. The parking underneath the hotel is really convenient and the city center is within walking distance. Of course it is B&B style with minimum staff and a code for everything, but is has everything one needs. The city center with many restaurants is only 10-15 walking minutes away. I would and will use it again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt praktisch ist. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein. Trotz des Schilds zur Zimmerreinigung wurde unser Zimmer nicht gesäubert, sodass wir abends keine frischen Handtücher mehr hatten. Die Rezeption ist ab 23 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, was in solchen Fällen unpraktisch ist. Für eine kurze Übernachtung in Ordnung, aber wir würden hier nicht noch einmal buchen.

Impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel !!! Arrivé à 1h heure du matin par train, le portail électronique n'a pas fonctionné malgré l'inscription du nom et du numéro de réservation. Il n'y a aucun téléphone de secours, personne pour vous aider .; et tous les hôtels de Braunschweig étaient complets... une nuit horrible, heureusement il pleuvait sur une ville magnifique !
